当前,我国基础教育中的新理念、新举措不断涌现,但大多实施时间短暂,教育效果不尽如人意。应该说,任何一项新的教育举措或项目要取得成功,都必须有科学的理论做指导,与整体的教育目标相匹配,与其他教育举措相衔接和协调,注重科学性、系统性、长期性,并在实践中反复修正、完善,采用行动研究的方案,遵循"实践一反思一修正-再实践一再反思一再完善"的行动和研究相结合的路径。从这点来看,我们有必要借鉴SEL项目的优势,在学校教育中抓住具有基础性、全面性与综合性强的教育项目,持续地推行,确保取得实实在在的效果。切忌在教育领域赶时髦,搞"花架子"工程,花样百出,不断翻新,但都是浅尝辄止,最终不了了之,贻误孩子。 最后,重视影响学生成长的多种社会环境要素的协作与整合,发挥综合效应。对儿童青少年来说,直接影响其发展的微观环境就是学校、家庭和社区。SEL的理念和实践,非常强调学校一家庭一社区合作关系的建立。实践证明,有效的SEL项目的一个显著特征,就是致力于发展学校一家庭一社区的合作关系。我国中小学在学生综合素质的培养过程中,应有意识以人的发展生态学理论为指导,借鉴SEL项目的实践经验,加强学校与学生家庭、学校与学生所在社区的联合,发挥影响学生成长的多种环境因素的综合作用,注重学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的协调和统一,合力共促儿童青少年健康成长。 【参考文献】 [1][7]Kress,J.S.&Elias,M.J.School-BasedSocialandEmotionalLearningPrograms[A].Renninger,K.A.&Sigel,I.E..
